ក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អន្តរកាល (IOT) ប្រចាំទីស្នាក់ការទី១ នៅស្រុកជាំក្សាន្ត ខេត្តព្រះវិហារ ដែលដឹកនាំដោយ ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ត្រី Dato’ Pahlawan Asri bin Shukor នាយក នាយកដ្ឋានបណ្តុះបណ្តាល នៃបញ្ជាការដ្ឋានកងទ័ពជើងគោកម៉ាឡេស៊ី និងជាប្រធានបេសកកម្ម IOT (HOM) រួមនិងសមាជិក បានអញ្ជើញចុះសង្កេតការណ៍ ផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ និងរាយការណ៍ អំពីស្ថានភាពនៅច្រកព្រំដែនអានសេះ ខេត្តព្រះវិហារ ក្រោមការសម្របសម្រួល ពីក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។
On the morning of Saturday, 13 September 2025, the Interim Observer Team (IOT), based in Choam Khsant District, Preah Vihear Province, led by Brigadier General Dato’ Pahlawan Asri bin Shukor, Director of the Training Department of the Malaysian Army Command and Head of the IOT (HOM) Mission, and his team, was invited to observe, verify, and report on the situation at the An Ses border Checkpoint, Preah Vihear Province, under the coordination of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
