សារព័ត៌មាន នគរវត្ត តែងតែនាំមុខគេជានិច្ច
ភ្នំពេញ៖ លោក ឃឹម វឌ្ឍនា បានលើកឡើងថា”ខ្ញុំមានសេចក្តីសោមនស្សរីករាយណាស់ដែលខ្ញុំបាទបានទទួលជោគជ័យក្នុងការជ្រើសរើសឱ្យចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មវិធី “ការធ្វើផែនការទីក្រុង និងការដឹកជញ្ជូនតាមទីក្រុងប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាព” (Urban Planning and Urban Transportation Program) ក្រោមកម្មវិធីអាហារូបករណ៍ (JICA’s Knowledge Co-Creation Programs) របស់ទីភ្នាក់ងារសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិនៃប្រទេសជប៉ុន (JICA) សម្រាប់រយៈពេល២ឆ្នាំ (២០២០-២០២២) ហើយនេះគឺជាឱកាសដ៏ល្អសម្រាប់ខ្ញុំបាទក្នុងការបន្តការសិក្សាថ្នាក់អនុបណ្ឌិតនៅប្រទេសជប៉ុន ដែលបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះខ្ញុំបាទជានិស្សិតនៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យបច្ចេកវិទ្យាទីក្រុងតូក្យូ (Tokyo Tech) ដែលជាសាកលវិទ្យាល័យដ៏ល្បីមួយនៅប្រទេសជប៉ុន។ ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ខ្ញុំបាទសូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះ JICA ក៏ដូចជារដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃប្រទេសជប៉ុន ដែលតែងតែផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រដល់ប្រទេសកំពុងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជាច្រើននៅជុំវិញពិភពលោក ជាពិសេស JICA ផ្ទាល់បាននឹងកំពុងផ្តល់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការបច្ចេកទេស ការអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្ស និងជំនួយបច្ចេកទេសលើវិស័យផ្សេងៗជាច្រើនទៀតនៅកម្ពុជា ក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីជំរុញកំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ចប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាព និងបង្កើនទំនាក់ទំនងជិតស្និទ្ធរវាងកម្ពុជា និងជប៉ុន។ តាមរយៈកម្មវិធីអាហារូបករណ៍នេះ ខ្ញុំបាទនឹងខិតខំស្វែងយល់ឱ្យបានស៊ីជម្រៅ អំពីការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាពជាសកល លើផ្នែកបរិស្ថាន និងសង្គម និងទាញយកបទពិសោធន៍នានា ដែលប្រទេសជប៉ុនធ្លាប់ឆ្លងកាត់ ដើម្បីជាទុនក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេសកម្ពុជាឱ្យកាន់តែរីកចម្រើន” ។
សូមបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថាប្រភពខាងលើនេះគឺបកស្រាយដោយ លោកឃឹម វឌ្ឍនា មន្ត្រីនៃក្រសួងសាធារណការ និងដឹកជញ្ជូនកម្ពុជា និងជានិស្សិតថ្នាក់អនុបណ្ឌិតក្រោមកម្មវិធីចៃកានៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យបច្ចេកវិទ្យាទីក្រុងតូក្យូ (Tokyo Tech) និងសំរួល

Mr. Khim Vathanea:
“I am very grateful that I have successfully passed the selection for Sustainable Urban Planning and Urban Transportation Program under JICA’s Knowledge Co-Creation Programs (Long Term for 2 years) 2020-2022 and it’s a great opportunity for me to pursue a master’s degree in Japan which I am now a student at Tokyo Institute of Technology (Tokyo Tech), a prestigious university in Japan. Take this wonderful occasion, I would like to express my deepest appreciation to JICA and the Government of Japan that have always been providing supports to many developing countries around the world and particularly technical cooperation, human resource development and technical assistance in many other areas in Cambodia which primarily aimed to spurring a sustainable economic growth and enhancing relationship close ties between Cambodia and Japan. Through this scholarship program, I will strive to gain an in-depth understanding ofglobal environmental, social and sustainable development and to extract the experiences that Japan has gone through to capitalize on the development of Cambodia.”
