ជាក់ស្តែងនៅថ្ងៃទី ២៨ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២០ ស្ថានទូតជប៉ុន និង ការិយាល័យកុង ស៊ុលជប៉ុនប្រចាំខេត្តសៀមរាប ព្រមទាំង ការិយាល័យ JICA បានចូលរួមចែកចាយសម្ភារៈសង្គ្រោះបន្ទាន់ ដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងគ្រោះទឹកជំនន់ ក្នុខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ។
ស្ថានទូតជប៉ុនបានថ្លែងថា៖ យើងមានអារម្មណ៌សោកសង្វេក ដែលបានឃើញទិដ្ឋភាពជាក់ស្ដែង នៅតំបន់រងគ្រោះ។
ស្ថានទូតជប៉ុនសូមបួងសួងឲ្យប្រជាជនរងគ្រោះមានសុវត្ថិភាព និងឆាប់រួចផុតពីគ្រោះមហន្តរាយនេះ។

On 28 October, in Banteay Meanchey Province, the Embassy of Japan, the Consular Office of Japan in Siem Reap and JICA participated in the distribution of the emergency relief goods in response to the flood disaster.
We felt very sorry to see the real situation of the affected areas.
