ភ្នំពេញ ៖ យោងតាមការបង្ហោះផ្សាយរបស់លោក ហេង រតនា ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលទទួលបន្ទុកជាអគ្គនាយកស៊ីម៉ាក់ នៅថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា នៅចុងខែសីហា និងដើមខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦នេះ អង្គភាពCMACកម្ពុជា បានសហការជាមួយអង្គការ Golden West បានផ្តល់ការហ្វឹកហ្វឺនដល់កងទ័ពសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកលើបច្ចេកទេសសំណល់យុទ្ធភណ្ឌសង្គ្រាម និងជាពិសេសលើការប្រើប្រាស់ឧបករណ៍បច្ចេកទេសរុករកសំណល់យុទ្ធភណ្ឌសង្គ្រាម។
ចំពោះការហ្វឹកហ្វឺននេះផ្តល់ជូនកងទ័ពអាកាសសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកផ្នែកជំនាញសំណល់យុទ្ធភណ្ឌសង្គ្រាមនិងក្រុមបច្ចេកទេសយុទ្ធោបករណ៍នៃសារណរដ្ឋកាប៊ូវ័រដេ (Cabo Verde) ដែលស្ថិតក្រោមគម្រោងជំនួយបោសសម្អាតមីនមនុស្សធម៌របស់សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកគាំទ្រប្រទេសអាហ្វ្រិក។
តាមប្រភពដដែលបានឱ្យដឹងបន្ថែមថា អង្គការGolden West ជាដៃគូយ៉ាងសំខាន់ជាមួយអង្គភាពCMAC ក្នុងសកម្មភាពកម្ចាត់មីននៅកម្ពុជាជាង២៥ឆ្នាំមកហើយ ពោលចាប់តាំងពីដើមឆ្នាំ២០០០មកម្លេះ៕
At the end of August and the beginning of September 2026, the Cambodian Mine Action Centre (CMAC), in cooperation with the Golden West organization, provided training on Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) techniques to the United States military. Specifically, they trained the United States Air Force EOD personnel and the National Guard ammunition technicians from the Republic of Cabo Verde on handling of explosive remnants of war including searching technologies.
This training was conducted under the U.S. Humanitarian Mine Action project supporting African nations. It is worth noting that the Golden West organization has been a crucial partner of CMAC in demining activities in Cambodia for over 25 years, starting from the early 2000s!. ៕
