សារព័ត៌មាន នគរវត្ត តែងតែនាំមុខគេជានិច្ច
ភ្នំពេញ ៖ យោងតាមការបង្ហោះផ្សាយរបស់ក្រសួងការបរទេសបានឲ្យដឹងថានៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួង លោកឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ក្នុងពិធីបង្ហូតទង់អាស៊ាន ដើម្បីអបអរសាទរខួបលើកទី៥៩ នៃការបង្កើតអាស៊ាន។ ពិធីនេះមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីលោកស្រី ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឯកអគ្គរាជ/រដ្ឋទូត និងតំណាងស្ថានបេសកកម្មការទូត ប្រទេសសមាជិកអាស៊ាននិងប្រទេសផ្សេងទៀតប្រចាំកម្ពុជាព្រមទាំងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនិងមន្ត្រីជាន់ខ្ពស់នៃក្រសួងការបរទេសនិងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ។
ពិធីនេះបានគូសបញ្ជាក់នូវព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់ជាប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្តមួយក្នុងរយៈពេលជិតប្រាំមួយទសវត្សរ៍របស់អាស៊ានដែលប្រកបដោយមិត្តភាព សាមគ្គីភាព និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដោយឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរួមរបស់អាស៊ានក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់សន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាពនិងវិបុលភាពក្នុងតំបន់។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ពិធីនេះក៏បានបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីនូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តឥតងាករេរបស់កម្ពុជា ក្នុងការបន្តធ្វើការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយបណ្ដាប្រទេសសមាជិកអាស៊ាន និងដៃគូខាងក្រៅរបស់អាស៊ានដើម្បីពង្រឹងបន្ថែមទៀតនូវកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងក្នុងការកសាងសហគមន៍អាស៊ាននិងជំរុញការកសាងអាស៊ានដែលប្រកបដោយភាពធន់ បរិយាបន្ន សំឡឹងឆ្ពោះទៅមុខនិងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់លើប្រជាជន។
ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងបញ្ហាព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា មានតែដំណោះស្រាយប្រកបដោយយុត្តិធម៌ សន្តិភាព និងស្ថិរភាពយូរអង្វែងប៉ុណ្ណោះទើបអាចអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យប្រជាជននៃប្រទេសទាំងពីររស់នៅជាមួយគ្នាដោយសន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាព និងវិបុលភាពរួម។ ដូច្នេះ កម្ពុជាបន្តអំពាវនាវឱ្យមានការអនុវត្តជាបន្ទាន់ ពេញលេញនិងប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពនូវសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួមចុះថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ជាពិសេសការចាប់ផ្តើមឡើងវិញជាបន្ទាន់នូវការងារវាស់វែងនិងបោះបង្គោលព្រំដែនរបស់គណៈកម្មការចម្រុះខ័ណ្ឌសីមាព្រំដែនគោគ (JBC) ព្រមទាំងការអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យពលរដ្ឋភៀសសឹក វិលត្រឡប់ទៅកាន់លំនៅឋាននិងប្រកបរបរចិញ្ចឹមជីវិតជាធម្មតារបស់ពួកគេវិញដោយគ្មានការរារាំង ប្រកបដោយសុវត្ថិភាពនិងសេចក្តីថ្លៃថ្នូរឱ្យកាន់តែឆាប់បំផុត។
On the morning of 7 August 2026, at the Ministry, His Excellency Deputy Prime PRAK Sokhonn, Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, presided over the ASEAN Flag Hoisting Ceremony to commemorate the 59th anniversary of the establishment of ASEAN. The ceremony was attended by Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce; distinguished heads and representatives of foreign diplomatic missions to Cambodia; as well as senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
The ceremony marked another significant milestone in ASEAN’s nearly six decades of friendship, solidarity and cooperation, reflecting ASEAN’s shared commitment to promoting regional peace, stability and prosperity. It also reaffirmed Cambodia’s steadfast commitment to working closely with fellow ASEAN Member States and ASEAN External Partners to further strengthen ASEAN Community-building efforts and advance a more resilient, inclusive, forward-looking and people-centred ASEAN.
On the Cambodia-Thailand border issues, His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that only a just, peaceful and lasting solution can enable the two peoples to live side by side in peace, stability and shared prosperity. Cambodia therefore continues to call for the immediate, full and effective implementation of the Joint Statement of 27 December 2025, particularly the prompt resumption of the survey and demarcation work of the Joint Boundary Commission (JBC), and the return of our displaced civilians to their homes and normal livelihoods without obstruction, in safety and dignity, at the earliest opportunity.
