សារព័ត៌មាន នគរវត្ត តែងតែនាំមុខគេជានិច្ច
ភ្នំពេញ, លោក មិកាមិ ម៉ាសាហ៊ីរ៉ូ ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតជប៉ុនប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាបានថ្លែងសារថា, ថ្ងៃនេះ រដ្ឋាភិបាលជប៉ុនបានប្រកាសផ្ដល់ជំនួយវ៉ាក់សាំង AstraZeneca ចំនួនប្រមាណ១លានដូសដល់កម្ពុជា។ ជំនួយនេះធ្វើឡើងស្របតាមចំណងមិត្តភាពរវាង ជប៉ុន និងកម្ពុជា និង ដោយផ្អែកលើស្ថានភាពកូវីដ១៩ នៅកម្ពុជានាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ន។
វ៉ាក់សាំងដែលត្រូវបានផ្ដល់អាជ្ញាបណ្ណផលិតក្នុងប្រទេសជប៉ុន នឹងត្រូវបានដឹកជញ្ជូនមកដល់ រាជធានីភ្នំពេញក្នុងពេលដ៏ឆាប់ខាងមុខនេះនៅពេលដែលការរៀបចំភ័ស្តុភារដោយ COVAX Facility បានបញ្ចប់។ ខ្ញុំសង្ឃឹមថាជំនួយនេះនឹងជួយគាំទ្រដល់កិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាក្នុងការប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងនឹងកូវីដ១៩ ក៏ដូចជាកាត់បន្ថយការព្រួយបារម្មណ៍មួយចំនួនរបស់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា។
ប្រឈមមុខនឹងការរីករាលដាលនៃមេរោគឆ្លងថ្មីដែលពិភពលោកកំពុងជួបប្រទះនេះ ការចាក់វ៉ាក់សាំង និងការពង្រឹងប្រព័ន្ធសុខាភិបាលគឺជាកត្តាសំខាន់សម្រាប់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលនិងប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា។ មកទល់ពេលនេះ រដ្ឋាភិបាលជប៉ុនបានផ្ដល់ជំនួយស្មើនឹងសរុបប្រមាណ ច្រើនជាង៥០លានដុល្លារអាមេរិកដល់កម្ពុជាដែលរួមមានការផ្ដល់បរិក្ខារពេទ្យ ការកែលម្អមន្ទីរពេទ្យ ការគាំទ្រដល់គម្រោងរបស់អង្គការអន្តរជាតិនានាសម្រាប់វិធានការទប់ស្កាត់ការចម្លងជម្ងឺតាមព្រំដែន ក៏ដូចជាការផ្ដល់បរិក្ខារសម្រាប់ដឹកជញ្ជូន និងរក្សាទុកវ៉ាក់សាំងឲ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវផងដែរ។ យើងក៏បានផ្ដល់ជាកម្ចីប្រមាណ ២២៧លានដុល្លារអាមេរិក ដែលត្រូវបានប្រើប្រាស់ក្នុងកម្មវិធីឧបត្ថម្ភសាច់ប្រាក់ដល់ប្រជាជនដែលរងផលប៉ះពាល់ដោយសារកូវីដ១៩ និងសម្រាប់ការពង្រឹងប្រព័ន្ធសុខាភិបាល។
ខ្ញុំក៏សូមឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនេះសម្ដែងនូវការគោរពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ចំពោះអ្នកជំនាញសុខាភិបាល និងមន្ត្រីរដ្ឋាភិបាលដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ដែលកំពុងតែចាត់វិធានការប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងនឹងកូវីដ១៩ ព្រមទាំងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋទាំងអស់ដែលត្រូវខិតខំប្រឈមនឹងស្ថានភាពដ៏លំបាកនេះ។
ក្នុងការប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងនឹងកូវីដ១៩ដែលជាបញ្ហាពិភពលោកនេះ ជប៉ុននឹងបន្តសហការ និងធ្វើការរួមគ្នាជាមួយកម្ពុជាដែលជាមិត្តដ៏សំខាន់របស់យើង។
ខ្ញុំសង្ឃឹមថាស្ថានភាពនឹងអាចល្អប្រសើរឡើងក្នុងពេលដ៏ឆាប់ខាងមុខនេះ ហើយការផ្លាស់ប្ដូររវាងប្រទេសយើងទាំងពីរក៏ដូចជាក្នុងពិភពលោកនឹងអាចចាប់ផ្តើមឡើងវិញ។
ខ្ញុំសូមបួងសួងឲ្យប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាទាំងអស់មានសុខភាពល្អ និងមានសុវត្ថិភាព។

Today, the Japanese Government has announced it will provide approximately one million doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine to the Kingdom of Cambodia. This was decided in light of the friendship between Japan and Cambodia and based on the current status of COVID-19 in Cambodia.
The vaccines, which Japan is licensed to produce, will be shipped to Phnom Penh as soon as the logistics arrangement by the COVAX facility is completed. I hope that this donation will support the Royal Government of Cambodia’s efforts to defeat COVID-19 as well as help to relieve some of the anxieties of the Cambodian people.
Considering the unprecedented spread of the infectious disease that the world is currently experiencing, vaccination and strengthening the medical system are the most important issues for the Cambodian government and its people. To date, the Japanese Government has provided a total of more than 50 million USD worth assistance to Cambodia. This includes the donation of medical equipment, the renovation of hospitals, support for infection prevention measures at the borders through international organizations, and equipment to properly carry and store vaccines. We have also provided a loan of approximately 227 million USD, which is being used to provide cash benefit to people affected by COVID-19 and to strengthen the medical care provision system.
I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere respect to all concerned medical and governmental professionals who are taking measures against COVID-19 as well as all the people who are having to deal with this difficult situation.
In our fight against the global issue of COVID-19, Japan would like to continue to cooperate and work together with our important friend, Cambodia.
I sincerely hope that the situation will improve as soon as possible and that the exchanges between our two countries and across the world will resume.
I pray for the health and safety of all Cambodian people.៕
