“កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលតម្កល់ឯកសារច្បាប់ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងអង្គជំនុំជម្រះវិសាមញ្ញក្នុងតុលាការកម្ពុជា”

ភ្នំពេញ៖ ស្ថានទូតជប៉ុនប្រចាំកម្ពុជា បានបញ្ជាក់អោយដឹងថា, នាថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែសីហា លោក MORI Nobuo (ប្រធានផ្នែកនយោបាយ) និង លោក IMADA Akinori (អ្នកស្រាវជ្រាវ/ទីប្រឹក្សា) បានចូលរួមពិធីមួយដែលរៀបចំឡើងដោយ ម.ត.ឯ.ច. (មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលតម្កល់ឯកសារច្បាប់ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងអង្គជំនុំជម្រះវិសាមញ្ញក្នុងតុលាការកម្ពុជា)។

ស្ថានទូតជប៉ុនប្រចាំកម្ពុជា បានលើកឡើងថា,ពួកយើងបានធ្វើពិធីប្រគល់-ទទួលឡានថ្មី ដើម្បីជួយសម្របសម្រួលសកម្មភាពផ្សព្វផ្សាយនានានៅតាម ខេត្តរបស់ម.ត.ឯ.ច. ដែលជាផ្នែកនៃគម្រោងនៃ “ការអនុវត្តអាណត្តិកេរតំណែលរបស់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលតម្កល់ឯកសារច្បាប់ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងអង្គជំនុំជម្រះវិសាមញ្ញក្នុងតុលាការកម្ពុជា” ដោយក្នុងនោះរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ជប៉ុនបានយល់ព្រមលើការប្រើប្រាស់ទឹកប្រាក់រហូតដល់ ២៥១.៩៧០ដុល្លារ។

ចាប់តាំងពីការបង្កើត ម.ត.ឯ.ច.មក រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលជប៉ុនបានផ្តល់ថវិការប្រមាណ ២,៦លានដុល្លារ ដល់សកម្មភាពរបស់ពួកគេ។ ពួកយើងរំពឹងថា ម.ត.ឯ.ច. នឹងដឹកនាំសកម្មភាពយ៉ាងទូលំទូលាយ សម្រាប់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាទូទាំងប្រទេស ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការអប់រំនៃប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្ររបបខ្មែរក្រហម ការកសាង សន្តិភាព និងសមិទ្ធិផលនៃអង្គជំនុំជម្រះវិសាមញ្ញក្នុងតុលាការកម្ពុជា។

On 12 August, Mr. MORI Nobuo (Chief of Political Section) and Mr. IMADA Akinori (Researcher/Advisor) attended a ceremony organized by the LDC (Legal Documentation Centre relating to the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia).

We celebrated the purchase of new cars to facilitate LDC’s outreach activities in Provinces as part of the project of “Fulfilling the Legacy Mandate of the Legal Documentation Centre relating to the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia”, in which the Government of Japan approved the utilization of up to US$251,970.

Since the establishment of the LDC, the Government of Japan has provided approximately US$2.6 million to their activities. We expect the LDC will conduct wide range of activities for Cambodian people across the country related to the education of the Khmer Rouge regime history, peacebuilding and achievements of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia. ៕
