សារព័ត៌មាន នគរវត្ត តែងតែនាំមុខគេជានិច្ច
ភ្នំពេញ ៖ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្នុងសកម្មភាពឈ្លានពានប្រដាប់អាវុធមកលើទឹកដីកម្ពុជា យោធាថៃបានប្រើប្រាស់កម្លាំងយោធា និងអាវុធធុនធ្ងន់ រួមទាំងយន្តហោះចម្បាំង F-16 ដើម្បីវាយប្រហារមកលើកម្ពុជា ទម្លាក់គ្រាប់បែកមកលើតំបន់នានាក្នុងទឹកដីកម្ពុជា ដោយបង្កការគំរាមកំហែងយ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរដល់អាយុជីវិតប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ និងទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិស៊ីវិល។
គ្រាប់បែកប្រភេទ MK-84 មួយគ្រាប់ ដែលត្រូវបានទម្លាក់ដោយកងទ័ពអាកាសថៃលើផ្ទះប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ ប៉ុន្តែមិនបានផ្ទុះ គឺជាភស្តុតាងដ៏ច្បាស់លាស់នៃការប្រើប្រាស់អាវុធដែលមានកម្លាំងបំផ្លាញខ្ពស់នៅក្នុងតំបន់ដែលមានប្រជាពលរដ្ឋរស់នៅ។
គ្រាប់បែកនេះមិនមែនគ្រាន់តែជាសំណល់នៃការវាយប្រហារនោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែជាសាក្សីស្ងៀមស្ងាត់នៃអំពើឈ្លានពាន ជាភស្តុតាងនៃការរំលោភលើអធិបតេយ្យភាព និងបូរណភាពទឹកដីកម្ពុជា និងជាការបង្ហាញឱ្យឃើញពីការមិនអើពើចំពោះសុវត្ថិភាព អាយុជីវិត និងទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋស្លូតត្រង់។
ការប្រើប្រាស់យន្តហោះចម្បាំង និងគ្រាប់បែកធុនធ្ងន់នៅក្នុងតំបន់ស៊ីវិល គឺជាទង្វើដែលត្រូវថ្កោលទោសយ៉ាងដាច់អហង្ការ។ ទង្វើបែបនេះផ្ទុយនឹងគោលការណ៍មូលដ្ឋាននៃច្បាប់មនុស្សធម៌អន្តរជាតិ ដែលតម្រូវឱ្យភាគីជម្លោះបែងចែកឱ្យបានច្បាស់រវាងគោលដៅយោធា និងជនស៊ីវិល អនុវត្តវិធានការប្រុងប្រយ័ត្ន និងចៀសវាងការវាយប្រហារដែលអាចបង្កការខូចខាតហួសហេតុដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ។
គ្រាប់បែក MK-84 ដែលមិនបានផ្ទុះនេះ បានក្លាយជាភស្តុតាងប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រមួយ ដែលមិនអាចលុបបំបាត់ ឬបំភ្លៃបាន។ វារំឭកដល់ពិភពលោកថា កម្ពុជាគឺជាជនរងគ្រោះនៃសកម្មភាពឈ្លានពាន របស់យោធាថៃ មិនមែនជាអ្នកបង្កសង្គ្រាមឡើយ ហើយប្រជាពលរដ្ឋកម្ពុជាបានទទួលរងការគំរាមកំហែងពីអាវុធដែលមានសមត្ថភាពបំផ្លាញយ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ ដោយសារតែយោធាថៃវាយប្រហារ និងផ្លោងគ្រាប់គ្រប់ធុន រួមនឹងប្រើយន្តទម្លាក់គ្រប់ដោយមិនរើសអើងឡើយ។
ដូច្នេះ ថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ មិនមែនជាកាលបរិច្ឆេទធម្មតាមួយឡើយ។ វាជាថ្ងៃដែលត្រូវចងចាំ ដើម្បីគោរពដល់ការលះបង់របស់វីរកងទ័ព វីរកងនគរបាលការពារព្រំដែន កងកម្លាំងការពារជាតិ និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋកម្ពុជា និងដើម្បីរក្សាការពិតនៃប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រ កុំឱ្យគេបំភ្លៃ។
ការចងចាំថ្ងៃនេះក៏ជាការបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីថា កម្លាំងយោធា យន្តហោះចម្បាំង គ្រាប់បែក របាំងលួស ឬការបង្កើតស្ថានភាពជាក់ស្តែងនៅលើដី មិនអាចផ្លាស់ប្តូរព្រំដែនស្របច្បាប់ មិនអាចបង្កើតសិទ្ធិលើអធិបតេយ្យភាពរបស់ប្រទេសដទៃ និងមិនអាចលុបបំបាត់ការពិតនៃអំពើឈ្លានពានបានឡើយ។
Remembering 24 July 2025: The Beginning of the Thai Military’s Armed Aggression Against Cambodia
Beginning on 24 July 2025, during its armed aggression against Cambodian territory, the Thai military deployed military force and heavy weaponry, including F-16 fighter jets, to attack Cambodia and drop bombs on various locations inside Cambodian territory. These attacks posed grave threats to civilian lives, infrastructure, and civilian property.
One MK-84 bomb, dropped by the Royal Thai Air Force on a civilian home in Oddar Meanchey Province but which failed to detonate, stands as clear evidence of the use of a highly destructive weapon in an area inhabited by civilians.
This bomb is not merely a remnant of an attack. It is a silent witness to aggression, evidence of the violation of Cambodia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, and a stark demonstration of disregard for the safety, lives, and property of innocent civilians.
The use of fighter aircraft and heavy bombs in civilian areas is an act that must be condemned in the strongest possible terms. Such conduct is contrary to the fundamental principles of international humanitarian law, which require parties to a conflict to distinguish clearly between military objectives and civilians, take all feasible precautions, and avoid attacks that may cause excessive harm to the civilian population.
The unexploded MK-84 bomb has become a piece of historical evidence that cannot be erased or distorted. It reminds the world that Cambodia was the victim of armed aggression by the Thai military, not the instigator of war. Cambodian civilians were exposed to weapons of immense destructive power as Thai forces launched attacks, fired various types of munitions, and deployed aircraft to drop bombs indiscriminately.
Therefore, 24 July 2025 is not an ordinary date.
It is a day that must be remembered—to honour the sacrifices of Cambodia’s heroic soldiers, heroic border police officers, national defence forces, and civilian population, and to preserve the truth of history against distortion.
Commemorating this day also reaffirms a fundamental truth: military force, fighter jets, bombs, barbed-wire barriers, or attempts to create facts on the ground cannot alter legally established boundaries, cannot create sovereign rights over the territory of another State, and cannot erase the reality of aggression.
