សារព័ត៌មាន នគរវត្ត តែងតែនាំមុខគេជានិច្ច
ភ្នំពេញ៖ នៅថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២១ ស្ថានទូតជប៉ុនប្រចាំកម្ពុជា បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា, ជាផ្នែកមួយ នៃកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលជប៉ុន ក្នុងការប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងនឹងការឆ្លងជម្ងឺកូវីដ១៩នៅលើសាកលលោក ប្រទេសជប៉ុនបានប្រកាសកាលពីខែមុនថានឹងផ្តល់វ៉ាក់សាំង AstraZeneca ដែលត្រូវបានអនុម័តដោយ WHO EUL និងផលិតនៅប្រទេសជប៉ុនចំនួនប្រមាណ១លានដូសជូនដល់ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។
ស្ថានទូតជប៉ុនប្រចាំកម្ពុជាបានបន្តថា, បាច់ទីមួយនៃវ៉ាក់សាំងនេះដែលមានចំនួនប្រមាណ ៣៣ម៉ឺនដូស បានមកប្រទេសកម្ពុជាកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៣ខែកក្កដា ហើយចំនួនដែលនៅសល់ប្រមាណ៦៧ម៉ឺនដូសទៀតបានមកដល់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជានាថ្ងៃនេះ។ ការសម្រេចផ្តល់វ៉ាក់សាំងទាំងនេះត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើងដោយផ្អែកលើចំណងមិត្តភាពរវាងប្រទេសជប៉ុន និងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងស្ថានភាពបច្ចុប្បន្ននៃជម្ងឺកូវីដ១៩ នៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។
ស្ថានទូតជប៉ុនប្រចាំកម្ពុជាបានលើកឡើងថា, នេះគឺជាអំណោយទ្វេភាគីរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលជប៉ុនដល់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាក្រោមការរៀបចំភស្តុភារដោយ COVAX ។
ប្រឈមមុខនឹងការរីករាលដាលនៃមេរោគឆ្លងថ្មីក្នុងកំឡុងពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ ការចាក់វ៉ាក់សាំង ការពង្រឹងប្រព័ន្ធសុខាភិបាល និងការកែលម្អការថែទាំវេជ្ជសាស្ត្រពិតជាមានភាពចាំបាច់ណាស់។ ក្នុងឱកាសនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូល COVAX AMC ដែលបានធ្វើឡើងក្នុងខែមិថុនា រដ្ឋាភិបាលជប៉ុនបានសន្យាផ្តល់ជំនួយ ៨០០ លានដុល្លារបន្ថែមទៀត ដូច្នេះជំនួយសរុបរបស់ជប៉ុនដល់ COVAX Facility មានចំនួន ១ពាន់លានដុល្លារ អាមេរិក។ ការផ្តល់វ៉ាក់សាំងប្រមាណ១លានដូសជូនដល់កម្ពុជាដូចដែលបានលើកឡើងខាងលើ គឺជាបន្ថែមពីលើកិច្ចសន្យានេះ។ មកទល់ពេលនេះ ក្នុងបរិបទនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទ្វេភាគីដើម្បីទប់ទល់នឹងជម្ងឺកូវីដ១៩ រដ្ឋាភិបាលជប៉ុនបានផ្តល់ជំនួយប្រមាណច្រើនជាង ៥០ លានដុល្លារអាមេរិកដល់កម្ពុជា។ ជំនួយនេះរួមមាន ការផ្ដល់ឧបករណ៍បរិក្ខារពេទ្យ ការកែលម្អមន្ទីរពេទ្យ ការគាំទ្រវិធានការទប់ស្កាត់ការចម្លងជម្ងឺតាមព្រំដែនដោយមានការគាំទ្រពីអង្គការអន្តរជាតិនានា និងការផ្គត់ផ្គង់ប្រព័ន្ធត្រជាក់ដើម្បីរក្សាទុកនិងដឹកជញ្ជូនវ៉ាក់សាំងកូវីដ១៩ ឱ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវ ដែលមានការគាំទ្រពីដៃគូរបស់យើងគឺ យូនីសេហ្វ (UNICEF) និងចៃកា (JICA) ។ រដ្ឋាភិបាលជប៉ុនក៏បានផ្ដល់ជាកម្ចីប្រមាណ ២២៧លានដុល្លារអាមេរិក ដែលត្រួវបានប្រើប្រាស់ក្នុងកម្មវិធីឧបត្ថមសាច់ប្រាក់ដល់ប្រជាជនដែលរងផលប៉ះពាល់ដោយសារកូវីដ១៩ និងសម្រាប់ពង្រឹងប្រព័ន្ធសុខាភិបាល។
ប្រទេសជប៉ុន នឹងបន្តកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការផ្តល់នូវឧបករណ៍ បរិក្ខារចាំបាច់។ យើងសង្ឃឹមថាការជំនួយទាំងនេះ នឹងអាចជួយគាំទ្រដល់កិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែង របស់រាជរដ្ឋា ភិបាលកម្ពុជាក្នុងការប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងជាមួយនឹងជម្ងឺកូវីដ១៩ ក៏ដូចជាអាចបន្ធូរបន្ថយក្តីកង្វល់មួយចំនួនរបស់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា៕
<<Arrival of the Second Batch of AstraZeneca Vaccines Manufactured in Japan and Donated by the Government of Japan>>
As a part of the efforts of the Government of Japan to counter COVID-19 infections worldwide, Japan announced last month to provide the Kingdom of Cambodia with approximately one million doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine that have been validated by WHO EUL and manufactured in Japan. The first batch of this vaccine, containing around 330 thousand doses, arrived in Cambodia on 23rd July and the remaining approximately 670 thousand doses arrived today. The decision to provide these vaccines was made in light of the friendship between Japan and Cambodia and the current status of COVID-19 in Cambodia.
This is bilateral donation of the Government of Japan to the Royal Government of Cambodia under the logistical arrangement by COVAX.
Considering the unprecedented spread of this infectious disease during the current phase of the pandemic, vaccination, strengthening health systems and improving medical care are essential. On the occasion of the COVAX AMC Summit held in June, the Japanese Government pledged to make an additional contribution of 800 million USD, bringing their total contribution to the COVAX Facility to 1 billion USD. The above-mentioned provision of approximately one million doses of vaccine to Cambodia is in addition to this pledge. In the context of bilateral cooperation in tackling COVID-19, the Japanese Government has provided assistance worth more than 50 million USD to Cambodia to date.
This assistance has included the donation of medical equipment, the renovation of hospitals, support for infection prevention measures at the borders in cooperation with international organizations, and the supply of cold chain equipment, with the help of our partners UNICEF and JICA, to properly store and transport COVID-19 vaccines. The Japanese Government has also provided a loan of approximately 227 million USD, which is being used to provide financial support to people affected by COVID-19 and to strengthen the healthcare system.
Japan will continue to cooperate with the Royal Government of Cambodia to ensure the provision of necessary goods and equipment. We hope this donation will support the Royal Government of Cambodia’s efforts to tackle COVID-19 effectively, as well as helping to relieve some of the worries of the Cambodian people.៕
