សារព័ត៌មាន នគរវត្ត តែងតែនាំមុខគេជានិច្ច
ភ្នំពេញ៖ នៅថ្ងៃទី ០៩ ខែមីនា រដ្ឋាភិបាលជប៉ុន បានឯកភាពផ្តល់ថវិកាសរុបចំនួន ៨៥២,១៨៩ដុល្លារអាមេរិក ដល់អង្គភាពទទួលជំនួយចំនួនពីរ ក្រោមគ្រោងការណ៍ជំនួយហិរញ្ញប្បទានឥតសំណងសម្រាប់គម្រោងរបស់អង្គការក្រៅរដ្ឋាភិបាលជប៉ុន។ ក្នុងនោះ ថវិកា ៧៦០,៣៤១ ដុល្លារអាមេរិក ត្រូវបានផ្តល់ទៅអង្គការ World Vision Japan (WVJ) ដើម្បីអនុវត្ត“គម្រោងការរួមបញ្ចូលគ្នា សុខភាព អាហារូបត្ថម្ភ ទឹកស្អាតនិងអនាម័យក្នុងខេត្តព្រះវិហារ (ឆ្នាំទី២) ហើយថវិកា៩១,៨៤៨ ដុល្លារអាមេរិក ទៀត ត្រូវបានផ្តល់ទៅអង្គការ Nature Center Risen ដើម្បីអនុវត្តគម្រោង“ការសម្រេចឱ្យបាននូវបរិស្ថានរស់នៅប្រកបដោយចីរភាពរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋកម្ពុជាតាមរយៈការលើកកម្ពស់ និងអប់រំការយល់ដឹងអំពីបញ្ហាបរិស្ថាន(ឆ្នាំទី១)” ។
លោក មិកាមិ ម៉ាសាហ៊ីរ៉ូ ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតជប៉ុន និង អ្នកតំណាងមកពីអង្គការទាំងពីរ បានចុះហត្ថលេខាលើកិច្ចសន្យាផ្តល់ជំនួយឥតសំណងនេះ។ លោកថ្លែងថា៖ យើងជឿជាក់ថាជំនួយឥតសំណងនេះ នឹងជួយកែលម្អគុណភាពជីវិតរបស់ប្រជាជនដែលរស់នៅក្នុងទីតាំងនៃគម្រោងនីមួយៗ។
ភាគីទាំងពីរបានចុះហត្ថលេខាលើកិច្ចសន្យាផ្តល់ជំនួយ ដាច់ដោយឡែកពីគ្នាដើម្បីចូលរួមក្នុងកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងក្នុងការទប់ស្កាត់ការរីករាលដាលចូលសហគមន៍នៃវីរុសកូវីត១៩ ក្នុង “ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍សហគមន៍ ២០កុម្ភៈ”។

≪ Japan provides US$852,189 for Promoting Community Health and Sanitation and Hygiene, and for Raising Awareness of Environment Issues≫
On 9th March, the Japanese Government has agreed to provide US$852,189 in total for two recipient organizations under the framework, the Grant Assistance for Japanese NGO Projects: US$760,341 for World Vision Japan (WVJ) to implement the ‘Integrated Health, Nutrition and WASH Project in Preah Vihear (Year 2)’, and US$91,848 for Nature Center Risen to implement the ‘Realization of sustainable life environment around Cambodian citizens through promoting and raising awareness of environment issues (Year 1)’.
H.E. Mr. MIKAMI Masahiro, Ambassador of Embassy of Japan and each representative of the two organizations signed their contracts respectively. We believe that these grant assistances will enhance the quality of life for people in each project area.
With an effort to contain the current “COVID-19 Community Outbreak”, known as “February 20 Community Event”, both sides signed the Grant Contract separately.
